बेळगाव—belgavkar—belgaum : शाळांमधून मध्यान्ह आहार बनविणाऱ्या स्वयंपाकी व साहाय्यिकांना वयाच्या साठीनंतर 40000 रुपयांचा फंड देण्यास शालेय शिक्षण खात्याने संमती दिली आहे.

किमान 15 वर्षे सेवा बजावून निवृत्त झालेल्यांना 40000 ₹ व 5 ते 15 वर्षे सेवा केलेल्यांना 30000 ₹ रुपयांचा फंड मिळणार आहे.

कर्नाटक राज्यात 1.19 लाखाहून अधिक महिला मध्यान्ह आहार योजनेत आहार बनविणे, मुलांना वाढणे, भांडी धुणे अशी कामे त्या करीत असतात. मार्च 2022 मध्ये किंवा तद्नंतर निवृत्त झालेल्या महिला कर्मचाऱ्यांना फंड मिळणार आहे, असे शिक्षण खात्याने म्हटले आहे.
